- Respond
to queries, price quotations for Outbound queries.
- Voice
profile handling Outbound Sales.
- Design,
arrange and sell tours packages.
- Co-ordinate
with customers determine destination, mode of transportation,
appropriate travel dates, accommodations required for domestic
travel.
- Prepare
tentative plans and suitable alternatives, answers client objections
and closes sale by obtaining client approval.Customize individual
travel packages to accommodate any special needs.
- Error
free handover of the Sales files to the Post sales teams should have
good knowledge of international destinations like Thailand ,
Malaysia,Dubai etc.
- Making
arrangements for clients travel program
- Creates
and maintains reservation records by date of arrival.
- Co
ordination and follow up with transporters and other service
providers to ensure timely and best services to the guests.
- Makes
sure that files are kept up to date.
