Job Description

Urgently Required 01 Female Tour Executive (Experienced) for a Travel Company based in Asaf Ali, New Delhi.
Good Communication written and verbal.

Roles & Responsibilities-:

Itinerary preparation, costing.Sending quote to the clients & day to day follow up with clients & convincing clients.
Rate negotiation with hoteliers, flight bookings/Transporters & other suppliers etc.
Communication skill Must be able to speak, write & read English & Hindi.
Experienced in Domestic & Inbound Tours (Kerala, Himachal Pradesh, Golden Triangle, Andaman, Dubai, Kashmir, etc).
Minimum 06 Months to 1 Year Experience in the Tours & Travel industry.
Attending to customer queries through emails and phones calls.
Designing & Preparing Itineraries & Outbound Holiday packages for customers.
Handling Bookings & Documentation.
Processing Bookings by Coordinating with operations Team.
Negotiate Vendor Prices fees and expenses in coordination with other department.
Complete in-charge of Outbound tour operations and preparing costing for outbound queries

Skills Required.

International Destinations Knowledge would be an advantage.
