Job Description

Qualifications

2.1. Minimum Grade (12) Twelve passed with Languages: English (written and verbal) Training

2.2. Basic Tower Crane Training Course or Construction Equipment Erection Certification Course or Third Party Erection Assessment Certificate or Apprentice Technical Training Institution or Other equivalents. Health and Safety Awareness.

3. Experience

3.1. Minimum (3) Three years� experience in tower crane, passenger hoist, mast claimer erections, jack up, jack down and dismantle activities with multi-cultural environment across construction operations specially lifting equipment , facilities maintenance and machinery sector in recognized organization.

Experienced in electrical and mechanical elements.

3.2. Following duties to rise, place, and unite girders, columns, and other structural-steel members to form completed structures or structure frameworks, working as member of crew, sets up hoisting equipment for raising placing structural-steel members.

3.3. Fastens steel members to cable of hoist, using chain, cable, or rope. signals worker operating hoisting equipment to lift place steel member, guides member, using tab line rope or rides on member in order to guide it into position. pulls, pushes, or pries steel members

4. Knowledge and Skills

4.1. Identifying opportunities for added value and time consuming on maintenance and service of tower cranes hoist and mast claimer. Able to work creative and independently.

4.2. Develops self-confidence, results orientations, optimizing efficiency manpower utilization and trouble-shooting on tower cranes, hoist, mast claimer and its accessory

4.3. Deployment equipment and resource utilization and increased productivities.

4.4. Sets and meets challenging targets, delivering HSE competency.

4.5. Applies expert knowledge of logistics and regulatory requirements, combined mobilization and demobilizations of the lifting equipment accessories.
