Trade Apprentices job Position in National Metallurgical Laboratory on purely temporary basis
Age : Minimum 15 years and maximum 24 years as on 29/08/2019 ( Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC(NCL), and 10 years for PH applicants).

Qualification: Should have passed 10th Class Examination or its equivalent and must possess National Trade certificate/ITI in the notified trade issued by the NCVT or SCVT
Duration: - 1 year of apprenticeship training.
STIPEND: - According to the Trade Apprentice Act 1961 & as per The Gazette notification of Govt of India, G.S.R 630(4), Par-II-Section 37-sub-section(i) dated 22-09-2014 year wise entitlement of present stipend is appended below. (Time to time amendments via Gazette notification will regulate the stipend).
During 1st year of training : 70% of minimum wages of Semi Skilled Workers notified by State of Jharkhand
During 2nd year of training: 80% of minimum wages of Semi Skilled Workers notified by State of Jharkhand
During 3rd & 4th year of training : 90% of minimum wages of Semi Skilled Workers notified by State of Jharkhand
