Eligibility
Fitter/ Turner/ Machinist/ Machinist (Grinder)/
Electrician/Draftsman(Mechanical)/ Mechanic Motor Vehicle : Passed 10th Class with Science and
Mathematics under 10+2 system of Education or its Equivalent Passed ITI
Examination and having National Trade Certificate issued from National Council
For Vocational Training (NCVT)
Electronics Mechanic/ Instrument Mechanic/ Mechanic (R &
AC) / Electro Plater/ Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA) : Passed
10th Class under 10+2 system of Education or its Equivalent Passed ITI Examination
and having National Trade Certificate issued from National Council For
Vocational Training
Painter (General) / Welder (Gas & Electric) : Passed 8th
Class Education or its Equivalent from Recognized Institute Passed ITI
Examination and having National Trade Certificate issued from National Council
For Vocational Training
Stipend & Period of Training : (a)
Stipend will be paid to the Apprentices as per rule per month or as revised by
the Government. The period of Apprenticeship Training will be One Year only. (b)
After completion of Apprenticeship Training, the Apprenticeship Contracts will
be closed and there will be No obligation on the part of HAL to offer any
employment.
Age Limit : Maximum
age limit 27 years (as on on 30/10/2018) for General Candidate, Relaxable by 03
years in case of OBC, 05 Years in case of SC/ST Candidate
Selection Process : The Selection for Engagement of Apprentices will be based on 100% Merit basis, taking into consideration 70% Weightage of Total Aggregate Marks secured in the 10th class & 30% weightage of Total Aggregate Marks secured in the ITI Examination.
