Stipend :The Trade apprentices are eligible for monthly stipend during their period of engagement which is subject to the periodic revision in minimum wages as per the prescribed rates governed by Apprentice Act. Presently the stipend is paid on the basis of Minimum wages declared by State Government of Maharashtra for the period 1.1.2018 to 30.06.2018 for RDAT Apprentices. Rs 5000/- stipend is for the BOAT Apprentices
Place of Training : The Apprentices shall be provided training at Trombay, Mumbai as per Company’s requirement. The engagement of apprentices will be governed by the Apprentices Act.
Mode of Selection : Trade/Discipline wise merit list will be drawn based on the percentage of marks of last year/last two semesters obtained in the qualifying examination.
Wherever CGPA/OGPA or other grades in qualifying examination is awarded, equivalent % of marks should be indicated in the on line application as per norms adopted by concerned University / Institute. The candidate shall be required to submit a certificate to this effect from the University/Institute at the time of reporting, in case of final selection. If no formula has prescribed by the university/Institute, the equivalence in percentage of the marks will be established by multiplying the CGPA/OGPA/Grade by factor of 10 subject to the condition that the candidate has to submit the documentary proof that the university/ Institute do not have any formula for conversion of CGPA/OGPA/Grade to percentage
The selected candidates will required to go through Fitness Medical Test at RCF Hospital. Only Medically Fit Candidates are allowed to join Apprenticeship Training.
The wait list of candidates will be prepared and will be operated as an when required.
A merit list will be drawn in the order of the percentage secured by the applicant in the prescribed essential educational qualification. In case of candidates securing equal marks in the merit list (even after considering the decimal points) the candidate having higher qualification or in case of same qualification, the candidate securing more marks in the preceding educational qualification will be placed at higher position in the merit list.
