Job Description
- Organising and executing training programs for branch personnel.
- Conducting regular sales and operations meetings.
- Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and training as needed.
- Adhering to high ethical and professional standards.
- Drafting forecasts and business plans.
- Be in charge of marketing budget wisely.
- Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives.
- Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities.
- Developing and implementing sales plans, strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
- Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information.
- Organising marketing activities and events for the branch. Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community.
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
- Interacting with clients on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback.
- Resolving client problems as needed.
- Send daily reports to their superior and take feedback/suggestion from them.
