Job Description -
- Should have basic understanding of the programming languages & oops concepts.
- Responsible to understand the technologies involved in the project.
- Responsible to Understand the project requirement , writing scope of work documents with technical solutions
- Creates detailed business requirement documents and translate it into functional specifications.
- Interacting with customers and managing CRM and sales processes
- Liaison between the development team and end customer
- Responsible to define the documents customer business functions and processes.
- Responsible to capture all the business requirement clearly and it should be documented
- Should be able to assess the risks of various solutions and prioritizing competing business.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent logical and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and get in technical sales role
- Should be analytical with problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Able to interact with clients if required
- Flexible with work timings and keen for learning
- Should be comfortable with US work timing
