Job Description
- Calling the unprocessed customers and making them to process the Payroll through Paybooks.
- Collecting the feedback from unprocessed customers. Conveying the same to seniors.
- Good at convincing the customers for payroll automation through Paybooks.
- Arranging the support calls to the preferred customers.
- Probing for new referrals from existing customers.
- Aggressive approach in proposing the outsourcing service.
- Presenting the metrics to the team manager once in a month.
- Aggressive nature collecting the technical issues from customers and presenting the same to team manager.
- Virtuous in building the relationship with customers.
- Note: Fresher candidate will be in training for 6 months and stipend will be 10000/- per month. On successful completion of training take salary will be close to 17000/- per moth. During training period candidate will be under our training provider entity.
