- Work Location: PAN India (after attending 3 months of training in Bangalore

- Job Description: Trainee Engineer
- Looking for engineers who are interested to work in all Cisco products like Routers, Switches, Servers etc.
- Should have knowledge on IP, Mobility and Wireless networking.
- Working and Troubleshooting on routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, BGP & Static route etc.
- Configuration of VTP, VLANs and many other switching configurations.
- Identify and correct common problems associated with IP addressing and host configurations.
- Responsible to perform monitoring the network and root cause analysis using problem management principles and submitting report to the manager for the same.
- Taking ownership of the technical support for assigned tasks.
- Alignment with the core business needs like customer satisfaction, management of different tasks for the assigned projects within the timelines.
- Analytical and able to work under pressure.
- Configuring the Cisco router and Switches according to the client requirement. Future job scope involves implementation, configuration, troubleshooting in Routing & Switching domain (L2 and L3).
- B-Tech/BE passed out students only.
- Students with ITI or Telecom training background will have an advantage.
- CCNA R&S certified (should submit their CCID during the interview process).
- This is a hardcore networking role. You must be willing to work in rotational shifts -24/7 shifts.
- Relocation is a must; Depending upon project requirements, you will have to work in any designated location within India as allocated by the Company at any point of time.
- Dedication and long-term commitment is of utmost importance. Must sign a 3-year employment agreement.
- Must be very high on confidence and self-morale.
- Must work a team player and also as an individual contributor.
- Passionate about learning, implementing and growing.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Should possess excellent interpersonal skills to deal with clients regularly.
