About Company
Talent Sculptors is a young, dynamic and unconventional Finishing School founded in the year 2017 by industry experienced IT and Management enthusiasts.
Considering the evolving nature of the IT industry and the need for young talent to be equipped with career readiness, we at Talent Sculptors have initiated skill oriented - knowledge imparting programs to bridge the gap between the academia and the rapidly changing IT Industry.
Apart from the classroom sessions, our unique training agenda includes role play and field sessions to inculcate the skills required to jump-start Freshers’ IT career.
Besides imparting core technical knowledge, we also aim to holistically transform the students by imparting the core 21st century fluencies (In short called as 4Cs) –
• Critical thinking —the ability to make decisions, solve problems, and take action as appropriate
• Communication—the ability to produce and transmit your ideas both in written and oral formats
