Requirement for reputed Manufacturing Ltd company being started shortly in Chakan Area. After Successful training of one year & accepted by company ,He has to submit Original papers to client for One year security .

Project Dept, process equipment / Conventional structural steel Fabrication dept ,Quality Dept, Purchase dept, Erection dept, Electrical Dept, Maintenance Dept, Marketing  / Sale Dept

Shortlisted candidates will be given 15 days Induction training in all departments. According to their interested field ,will be deputed as trainee Engineers.

After every three months,Seminars will be taken for knowledge boosting in following area as per interest of trainee engineers.

Ø  Safety Requirements for equipment ,shop, labour & site activity.

Ø  Daily Reporting Documentation ,

Ø  Project Planning i.e.Daily,Weekly & Yearly.

Ø  Process of various fabrication  / Machining  techniques.

Ø  Various welding techniques

Ø  Developing ,implementing ,monitoring performance and analyzing quality quality standards

Ø  Care to be taken before ,during & after fabrication.

Ø  NDT testing i.e.UT,MPT,RT,DPT as per BHEL specification.

Ø  Precautionary measure while maintenance of various equipment. Attending ,Analysing root cause  and solving the breakdown of equipments

Ø  Cost saving, Energy Saving ,Space utilization, Quality improvement,

Ø  5s and Visual management, Kaizen -Continuous Improvement, Problem Solving

Document, Supervisory development program

Ø  Labour handling in shop as well as site.

Ø  Stores activities

Ø  ISO  & Housekeeping practices

Ø  Interaction with customers for effective resolution of customer grievances and obtain feed back

Ø  Acquainted for   IS ,DIN ,JS,ASME specification for material & process

Qualification: - Any Engineering Diploma /Graduate can apply. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft office is compulsory
