We are looking for a pleasant executive to undertake all frond desk and operational duties. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

The goal is to make candidates, employees guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
Frond desk management
-
Petty Cash Management
a. Maintain petty cash receivable and expenses tracker.
b. All petty cash bills should be submitted to accounts department on every 15th and 30th day of month.
c. Ensure Cochin office to have sufficient fund all the time.
d. Maintain a minimum of Rs-2000/- in hand to meet unexpected expenditure. -
Attendance Management
a. Day to day attendance Tracking and sending attendance report to TVM HR
b. Muster Roll Monitoring & updation
c. Essl report generation and backup management -
Company Asset Management
a. Update inventory tracking.
b. Numbering company assets.
c. Coordinating repair and maintenance of purchase request.
d. Co-ordinate purchase Order (P.O) and maintain its record via TVM Ops.
e. Collecting unused company assets. -
Stationary Management
a. Track existing stationary items.
b. Issue stationeries as per employee request.
c. Maintain stationary register.
d. Coordinate stationary purchase.
Job Particulars
About Company
Infopark located at Kochi, is the new IT Park being developed by the Government of Kerala. To set up this project, Government has transferred 100 acres of land which is now under the ownership and possession of Infoparks Kerala, which is an independent Society fully owned by the Government.
