Trainee - Finance

Minimum Qualification and Experience: Should be a graduate (in any discipline) with 0-2 years of work experience in invoice collection/credit control activity.

Brief description :

• To support the Financial Services team.

• Credit Control/ Accounts Receivable function and Accounts Payable funtion.

• Resolving financial queries should also be able to work in different teams within Finance Services (AR, AP, etc.).

Mandatory Skills:

• Knowledge of Accounting principles; Financial Accounting.

• Exposure to direct interaction with customer for invoice collection.

• Working knowledge in any ERP system.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. 

• Exposure to accounts receivable.

• Basic Knowledge in excel.

Desired Skills:

• Familiar with accounting packages; credit control processes.

• Familiar with reporting methodologies.

Competency Requirement:

• Excellent communication skills.

• Attention to detail.

• Must be a team player, energetic with a positive attitude.

• Negotiation skills.

Trainee / UI Engineer

Minimum Qualification and Experience: Should be a graduate in any discipline with 0 to 1 year of experience in UI Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to all the delivery objectives of UI Group.
  Produce efficient design / UI patterns in timeframe identified for project.
  Passionate about user experience design and responsible for the development and execution of reative concepts.
  Experience in cross-browser, cross-platform markup and layout.
  Understanding of image optimization techniques and web performance improvement.
  Communicate the daily progress of tasks and risks to Lead/stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

• Ability to work seamlessly in a cross-functional team development environment.

• Good planning, organizing skills. Should be a good team player with good interpersonal skills.

• Must be self-motivated, good communicator, comfortable with following direction.

• Strong diagnostics analysis and problem solving abilities and a logical, analytical approach.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrable knowledge of latest client side technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

• Understanding of implementing responsive design techniques.

• Command of leading design software like, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.

• Knowledge of Creative designs and Print design is desirable.

• Knowledge of CSS/JavaScript libraries/frameworks like bootstrap, foundation, jQuery is desirable.

• Knowledge of web application ecosystem and best practices is desirable.

• Knowledge of usability and accessibility standers like WCAG is desirable.

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrable knowledge of latest client side technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

• Sound knowledge of leading design software like, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
