Job Description
- Sourcing of candidates based on the required skill through various job sites like Naukri, Monster, Times, Shine, and other sources such as Headhunting, Reference, professional networking sites, social media etc.
- Prescreening candidates to check their interest, confidence, communication skills etc.
- Submitting confirmed CVs to Team Lead/Clients
- Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Follow-ups with candidates/clients for status.
- Building good rapport with management and the team.
- Should have good verbal and written communication
- Should be aggressive, have to urge for learning and interest towards recruitment.
- Should have commitment & be hard working
- Should have software skills knowledge, preferably from computer background
- Should be good at MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook Express and Internet. Knowledge of Job portals is highly desirable.
- Should have good Analytical skills with a fair amount of reasoning ability
- Any kind of recruitment background experience is desirable
- Preferably BE / Diploma in CS stream
- Should be willing to travel, stretch timings and work
- The experience between 0 and 6 Months
- Preference is given to candidates who are willing to join immediately.
- Selected candidates will undergo intense training in IT Recruitment
