To supervise the manufacturing/packing activities of the department.
To ensure calibration of balance daily.
To check and maintain cleanliness of all equipment.
To ensure the environment conditions as desired in respective are of works.
To ensure that authorized and allotted workmen are working in the section and lines.
To carry out all activities of manufacturing and packing department as per BMR and BPR and maintaining the record there of.
To monitor continuously the output and quality in manufacturing and packing.
To check quality of product and maintain record.
To give PCN to BSR regularly after batch completion.
To maintain and operate each equipment in good condition.
To display status labels on each packing line & equipment.
To give production out put as per daily production programme.
To follow SOP of the department.
To ensure packing material for next day production is available in department.
