Job Description
- You will work in a team that advises real estate buyers and lenders against any property loss or damage they might incur because of encumbrance, liens or defects in the title of the property. As a Trainee-Associate, you will undergo best in the class comprehensive training program with Nexval (India) encompassing domain and process.
- You will formulate a report and suggest buyers, lenders and sellers on the title insurance. You will search the records of the properties including the records on deeds, mortgages, paving assessments, wills and all other documents affecting title of the property.
- You will build your career in a multi- billion dollar, niche domain with 140 years of history. You will work with a Fortune 500 organization that epitomizes trust and is a market leader in Title Insurance domain.
- Are a graduate or post-graduate
- Have Good communication, Verbal & Aptitude skills, Willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Have an eye for detail, Proficient on computers and have decent typing skills.
