About the role
You will work in our core function of product development as a Trainee - Product Development.
Post a rigorous training period, the role involves:
- Reading and understanding content prepared by experts, in various concepts of banking and finance.
- Research on the concept and adding value to the content provided.
- Development of e-learning modules that will explain the content in a simple and easily understandable manner.
- Use of exciting interactivities quizzes and features to keep the learner engaged.
- Completion of development activities with strict adherence to standards and timelines provided.

Required profile
- A graduate / post-graduate in commerce disciplines / MBA in Finance with 0-2 years of work experience.
- A keen interest in finance and teaching; basic comfort with technology.
