Designation: Trainee- Program Delivery
To work with/on school children to develop their thinking skills. Deliver THOTS program in the school environment as per the school timetable throughout the year with the help of thinking tools and mind games, to develop Higher Order Thinking Skills amongst UKG to Grade VIII students. 
Key responsibilities/ activities:
1.   Delivery of THOTS lessons as per the THOTS curriculum (including worksheets) inside the school (on behalf of the company) as per the school timings.

2.    Class Management – 
a.    Maintaining discipline & decorum in the class while delivering the lessons with the help of physical thinking tools and mind games
b.    Understand and address (in conjunction with parents) any critical issue(s) faced by child(ren)

3.    Preparing Case Study -

a.    Observing children in Thots classroom sessions to identify and document cognitive and behavioral changes.

b.    Interacting with school teachers to validate and substantiate impact of Thots sessions on children.

c.    Sharing the learning and documentation of changes with other team members on weekly basis.

4.    Parents & School Faculty Interaction -
a.    Conducting PTM (Parent THOTS Faculty meet).
b.    Conducting orientation programs for teachers & parents of the children

5.    Interacting with School Authorities- 
a.    Coordinating with school authorities for any requirement including school teachers’ workshops, parents’ workshops, etc on behalf of THOTS.
b.    Attending and participating in school activities or annual events/ function. 

c.    Maintaining cordial relationship with the school authorities, updating them delivery status of THOTS (as per the company format)

6.    Tool Management –
a.     Keep stock of tools – physical checking and recording.
b.     Carry tools to classrooms to deliver THOTS curriculum

7.     Progress Update – 
a.     Weekly delivery and stock report to THOTS regional manager.
b.     Daily update of classes along with any input from the school authorities to the reporting manager
c.     Attendance record of children (in the school)

8.     Adhere to school timetable and time punctuality.

9.     Following the code of conduct defined by the assigned school(s) when in the school premises.

10.   Following and adhering to the guidelines meant for THOTS facilitators. 

11.   Undergoing weekly, quarterly and annual training programs conducted by company for the Facilitators

Profile requirement:
Education: Post Graduate / Graduate - Psychology/ English/Philosophy/Social Work/ or any other relevant stream.
Personality traits: Willingness to Learn, Friendly, Smiling, Genuinely interest to work with children, Punctuality, Self-disciplined
Capabilities/ skills: Good communication, command on English language, ability to relate to others by being in their situation/shoes

Training & Development:

Shall be required to attend 10 days residential training to get trained on understanding Mind mechanics, THOTS Curriculum delivery and other processes.

Salary: Rs 2.1 Lakhs p.a

Day & Timings: Six days working. Monday – Friday: as per school timings, following assigned schools to work timing. Saturday or non-school working day: 9:30 am to 4:30 pm
