Brief Description :
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic trainee to be
part of the team in supporting the
deliverables of the team. She/he will have the opportunity to learn and
familiarize with Alamy work
culture and support the team in delivering the services as per the agreed SLA.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Familiarizing with the Credit Control activities
- Handling the credit control emails inbox
- Keeping the Customer details in Web up-to-date.
- Following accepted standards and process guidelines while
adhering to the defined SLAs
Preferred Skills
- Bachelors Degree from any recognized university
- 0-1 years of experience working in BPO or in a similar
environment
- Excellent English language skills
- Self motivated to achieve high standards of accuracy
- Comfortable using computers and working knowledge of MS Word
and Excel
- Should be willing to work in UK shift (12:30 PM - 09:30 PM)
