For M.Sc Analytical Chemistry Candidates

• Responsible for day to day operations of Instrument analysis for AnalyticalValidations.
• Analyze the sample as per the laid down or given the procedure.
• Make the entries in the relevant registers during the analysis
• Record the raw data in the relevant document.
• Check the raw data and then submit to Section In charge.
• After verifying submit the raw data for report preparation
• Handover the samples to Section In charge after test performed.
• Collect the report and verify the details against the raw data and sign the analyzed by and attach the relevant spectra, raw data to the copy and then to the original copy.
• Submit the report to the Section Incharge.
• Check the instrument calibrated due to date use before.
• To adhere to safety precautions where ever applicable in the laboratory.
• Responsible to maintaining Good Documentation Practice and Good Laboratory Practice in the laboratory.
• Verify for volumetric solutions, normal solutions, working standards details for the Validity.
• Duties to be performed as per the instructions are given by Section Incharge.
• Reporting shall be done to Section Incharge.

For M.Sc organic chemistry candidates

• To execute reactions in the laboratory.
• Conducting various types of reactions under safe conditions.
• Capable to judge the reaction by TLC.
• Capable to purify the compounds by various techniques.
• Capable to write the on-line LNB
