Trainee - Service Engineer Jobs - Surat - EMeasurematics

What are we looking for?

eMeasurematics seeks for a dynamic and experienced service engineer, preferably based in  Surat working at client premises (ESSAR Steel, Hazira).

His prime responsibilities include on

Installation and maintenance of microprocessors based special purpose instruments which are highly rugged & military grade.

Documentation of work log/reports of work done at the client location

Basic Qualification

• Diploma OR B.E/Tech specialization Electrical/Instrumentation
  
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience
  
• Good knowledge of PCBs, networking and wireless communication
  
• Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implementation / Installation and Commissioning of solutions and products on site
  
• Participate and conduct training programs for users/customers
  
• Development, implementation and execution of preventive maintenance programs for deployed systems.
  
• Provide onsite service support and troubleshooting during system failure
  
• Maintain work log/reports/documentation of support activities.
  
• Act as a bridge between customer, product development, project and support teams
  
• Support and foster relationships with existing and prospective customers
  
• Provide insights/suggestions and participate in discussions regarding system/service improvement
