The key aspects of the job will entail the following:

• Understanding of the SDLC cycle
  
• In coordination with the reporting manager does coding of the features required in the product
  
• In coordination with the reporting manager perform complete testing to ensure quality and all the requirements are met
  
• In coordination with the reporting manager ensure that release timelines are met
  
• Work as coordinator between all Groups such as Implementation, Development, Testing, Release and Customer support to ensure a smooth work flow
  
• Maintain MIS reports in excel and provide updates on the different Software like JIRA
  
• In coordination with the reporting manager ensure adoption of best practices /methodologies development
  
• Willingness and openness to learn new skills and ramp up quickly as per the need of the solution
  

• Conceptual Knowledge of OOPs is must;
  
• Candidates with basic knowledge of .NET and SQL server will be preferred.
  

• ASP.NET/MVC/ Web Services/JQuery
  
• VB.NET/C#/ Windows Services/Winforms/WPF/WCF
  

• Candidate should possess any of the following educational qualifications as a pre-requisite:
  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent qualifications) from a reputed University or Institution
  
• Post-Graduation Specialisation in Computer Science or Software Development from a reputed Institution/University would be seen as a significant advantage
