Job Description

Job Title: Trainee - Technical Recruiter
Job Location: Chennai
Work Timings: 6.30 PM
Description:Graduation / Post Graduation from reputed Institutions / Universities (Candidates who have not completed the Degree or holding any arrears currently are not eligible to apply)
Excellent Communication Skills
Good knowledge of IT Concepts
Ability to think innovative and apply / Implement new concepts to achieve organizational goals
Ability to understand the client's requirement, source, screen and support with the right candidates / Consultants within the given timeframe
Willingness to work in Night Shifts (6.30 PM IST - 3.30 AM IST)
Good Understanding / Knowledge of End - End Recruitment life cycle is a plus
Experience using office productivity software tools like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook
