- UG / PG from Reputed Universities / Institutions without any pending backlogs
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good knowledge of IT Concepts
- Ability to think innovative and apply / Implement new concepts to achieve organizational goals
- Ability to understand the client's requirement, source, screen and support with the right candidates / Consultants within the given timeframe
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts (6.30 PM IST 3.30 AM IST)
- Good Understanding / Knowledge of End - End Recruitment life cycle is a plus
- Experience using office productivity software tools like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook
