We are urgently hiring and setting-up a team of smarties for the role of 'Trainee - HR Recruiter'.
JD:-
- Experience : - Fresher - 6 months.
- Qualification : - BE / BBA / BSc. IT / BCA / BMS.
- Should know the recruitment process.
- Screen candidates resume and job applications.
- Assess applicants on relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Should know how to do cold calls.
- Should know how to candidates and ensuring salary negotiations to ensure maximum output and placing the right candidates.
- Good in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working Days:- Monday to Saturday
