Job Description

Develop and build relations with top talent in the market and introduce them to new job opportunities.
Communicate extensively with candidates via a variety of channels [phone, emails, etc], to discuss the open positions and continuously assess them to judge if they would be a good fit.
Interact smoothly with Direct clients; and handle W2 [Green card and Citizens].
Support candidates thru their interview stage by being their primary point of contact with reference to setting up face-to-face interview schedules with the clients and sharing client feedback to ensure that the interview process is executed well.
Ensure regular follow-ups with on boarded candidates during their tenure at client sites / locations.
Be aggressive with regards to follow-up with candidates and clients. Multitask under pressure.
