- Searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
- Searching resumes in various US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc)
- Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
- Acting as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant.
- Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
- Candidates who can join within 10-15 days will ONLY be considered.
Educational Qualification:
- Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech (CS/ IT/ E&C) or MBA (IT/ HR) or B.Sc. (CS/IT);
Required Skills:
- Should have excellent communication skills and should be able to communicate confidently.
- Should have excellent writing skills and be thought driven to write emails for mass communication
