Job Description
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
• Collaborate with Customer, Sales and Engineering teams to understand customer requirements and coordinate execution.
• Interpret, track and manage customer requirements
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
• Providing training and producing support material for the sales team.
• Liaising with members of the sales team and technical experts
• Help in solving Client problems
• Support team in talent acquisition and training.
• Source profiles, communicate with potential candidates and coordinate interviews.
