Job Description
Job Role :
- A trainer has to conduct training for 20 students each batch of 4 hrs (total 2 batches every day) on English & Hindi Spoken, Soft Skills & Computer skills.
- Training will be Learning Management System (LMS) based, so trainer need not get worried about training content/stuff that will be available in serve. They just have to conduct training and clear doubts of students if any.
- A trainer has to perform activity sessions when ever required in the courses based on LMS.
- A trainer has to motivate students every day for self-confidence.
- A trainer has to motivate students to come and take training every day except holidays.
- A trainer has to maintain discipline in the class.
