Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Responsible for implementing technology solutions
  
• Strong experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role directly interfacing with trainees
  
• Minimum of 3+ years as a Developer with Java, JavaScript and related technology (Spring Framework, Netflix OSS preferred)
  
• Good experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (Moodle, Adobe Captivate, Oracle LMS preferred)
  
• Proficient with visual design tools (Sketch, Photoshop, etc.) and prototyping tools (InVision, Principle, Flinto, etc)
  
• Highly Proficient with IDEs (Eclipse, MS Code, Visual Studio, etc.)
  
• Proficient with other development frameworks (Pega)
  
• Good communication, strong business analytic skills, strong team player, self-motivated, action-oriented person and helping the team to achieve the goal.
