- Plan, develop and provide training and staff development programs.
- Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees.
- Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs.
- Assist in program development when new products and/or services are launched.
- Requires excellent one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and relationship building, are a must.
