Designation: Trainer – Learning and Development

Experience: Minimum 1 Yrs.

CTC: 18000 – 20000  p.m

Location:  CBD Belapur – Navi Mumbai.

 Job Description:

•  Minimum of 1 year experience in Training role in any of the BPO.
  

 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities You will be responsible for:

•  Generally in the delivery of a variety of internal workshops, courses and programs whether through giving presentations, facilitating learning in small groups, coaching or teaching online.
  
•  Maintaining and developing relationships with internal clients 
• Assisting the management team and the L and D program leaders for the Management training program and Employee Development programs in identifying training needs and designing programs to meet them.
•  Assisting in the setting up and validation of internal programs
• Providing coaching services to internal and external clients 
• Feedback on and input into course material and design
  
• In addition, there will be the opportunity to facilitate on appropriate professional development external courses.
  
• Undertaking any other duties as required.

• Previous experience of facilitating learning in small groups
• Previous experience of training delivery
  
• Previous experience of designing training materials would be beneficial
  
• Motivated to develop real excellence in delivering quality training to audiences who are themselves committed to training excellence
  
• The ability to work with and influence senior people within an organisation and to devise in collaboration with colleagues commercially realistic and effective training solutions
  
• Effective communication – verbal and written, delivered with enthusiasm and impact
  
• The ability to work in a small highly motivated team in a collaborative way and to share research, information, skills and insight with colleagues.
