Job Description
Executive:- Training Operations Coordinator
Role includes communicating with corporate clients to identify training needs and mapping out training plan. Responsible for managing and coordinating training programs. Maintain training databases and training calendar.
Ultimately, the role of the training coordinator is to oversee end to end training needs of our corporate clients.
Key Accountabilities
· Coordinate and Map out annual/quarterly training plans for the organization
· Conduct client training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge requirements that need to be addressed.
· Assess effectiveness and determine the impact of training on our clients skills.
· Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
· Partner with internal stakeholders
· Maintain updated database and training records of training and certifications
· Participate in audits pertaining to training
Skills and Qualifications
· Graduate/Post Graduate/ Training, HR or related field
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent Interpersonal Skills
· Hands-on experience coordinating training Programs will be an advantage
· MS Office proficiency
