- Handle all the course inquiries via mails, sms and phone calls and follow-up
- Explain about the course training such as course fee, course duration, timings to the Enquirer
- Conduct demo sessions and training sessions after discussing with course trainer and the participants
- Follow-up of enquiries from different parts of the world and make a record of them
- Update all inquiries in excel sheets
