Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible fordocumenting audit findings, Documenting training plans, Maintaining certificates inLearning management system, TDR and SAP Successfactors pertaining to technical trainings
Responsible for providing vital andcomprehensive HR and training administrative support for the Tech Transfer, Training & intelligence / Global Training and Knowledge Transfer Teams
Maintain Competencies for resources on TDR and SAP Successfactors
Producing standard and adhoc reports on training using TDR and or SAP Successfactors
Update Global training and Knowledge transfer calendar and mail box
HR-related tasks, e.g. job descriptions, announcements and people assistance (e.g. publish and send training programmes)
Maintaining intranet sites
Planning department meetings, training courses, seminars, taking meeting minutes
Preparing various verbal and written communication and graphic presentation, e.g. Training course joining instructions, sending of training certification, recording training course results, sending and maintaining training surveys and certification and newsletters
Participate in team meetings & Support with sharing internal communications
Qualifications
Any relevant Degree
2 to 5 years of work experience in Training Coordinator roles
Competencies
Proficiency in SAP, MS office / Learning Management System
Systematic Documentation
Planning and organising
Good communication skills - English skills oral/written
Ability to understand customers, Promote improvement and changes with efficient planning & organising
