- The role and responsibilities of a Project Coordinator are usually a subset of that of a Project Manager.
- The primary responsibility of a project coordinator is to keep the project and all related processes running smoothly.
- Project teams often require coordination of activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
- Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules? Prepare project organization and communication charts
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
- Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
- Review field inspection reports from Consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project
- 0-3 years of project co ordinator experience
- Effective Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Knowledge of project management principles
