Job Description
- We are seeking to recruit a bright and detail-oriented, process implementing individual to assist in rolling out the use of an Assisted Reproductive Technology Software to a chain of IVF clinics.
- The ideal candidate should be able to show experience in both technology and IVF.
- Prior use of Parash IVF software would be a great plus.
The candidate would ideally be based in Kolkata, and frequent travel will be required.
Duties will include:
- Detailed familiarisation with the software
- Drawing out processes based on the software to implement in the clinics
- Detailed familiarisation with our clients’ current work practices, including details of clinical procedures
- Liaising with the software providers in software set-up
- Implementation of processes in parallel to training of key individuals
- Assisting key individuals in each clinic to train their colleagues in use of the software
- Compiling training manuals for various job positions in the organisation who will require use of the software to ensure continuous training by the client themselves
- Offering continuous refresher courses to trained individuals
- Assessing adoption levels of the software and writing detailed reports of performance in adoption by each individual trained
- Salary will depend on qualification, references and experience.
