Job Description
- Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, school adjustment, truancy, study habits, and career planning.
- Provide career advice to students on academic courses.
- Handling student queries, walk-ins and follow-ups.
- Responsible for profitability, delivery and student acquisition.
- Regular follow ups- emails/phone calls/attend to walk ins
- Counseling students on entire admission cycle.
- Ensure average counseling per day as per benchmark targeted.
- Cold calling to prospective students.
- Any other duties assigned time to time by management.

M/s SUKHAKARTA GENERAL ENGINEERING CLUSTER PVT. LTD. is an SPV was formed to manage and implement the Common Facility Project.
This SPV has enrolled a lot of the Micro and Small Enterprises (MSE) in the Bhosari, Pimpri Chinchwad region with the aim of development of Micro and small industries, its members have potentially benefited many MSE’s making them more competitive. There are numerous activities which are conducted by the Promoters of the SPV namely, Establishment and successful running of Industrial Premises. Mentoring new entrepreneurs to setup and establish their businesses, Skill development centre for the labourer’s to upgrade their skills and a training centre wherein newer and innovative programs are conducted for Entrepreneurs. The Common facility is strategically located at the Heart of the industrial belt.
Make in India – Promotion will be done to support projects / ideas for Import Substitution thus saving the country’s valuable Foreign Exchange. Also support will be extended via development, handholding and promotion to potential export oriented products and service.
Common Processing House Services will be rendered on :
- Training Centre namely Centre of Excellence for Smart Manufacturing (CoE-SM)
- Advanced 5 Axis Laser Cutting Machine – Trump make size 4000 * 1500*750 mm for sheet metal cutting in MS, SS, Al and Copper
- Multitasking machine – 5 Axis Mazak make 250 chuck dia * 1500 mm
- Horizontal Machining Centre – Makino make 630 * 630 pallet size
- Sliding Head – 25 mm chuck dia. – 9 axis for small parts machining
- CNC Co-ordinate measuring machine – Nikon Make 1500 * 1000 * 700 mm for quality testing of jobs produced.
- Waste Oil Treatment and Recycling Plant to treat 1000 litres of waste oil per day.
- Design Centre - Equipped with 3D software’s to serve to Industry needs. (UPCOMING)
Infrastructure & Classrooms Facilities - 4000 sq. ft. training centre to impart quality trainings to new and existing students to make them specifically employable in the industry or start their own ventures.
SKILL DEVELOPMENT MISSION
The skill Development mission is one of the Flagship Programme that is undertaken by us. Due to Cluster initiative, we got success in organizing the scattered MSME sector for common goal. This is the reason how we can offer Hands-on training to the unemployed youth, by using the platform of our member industries.
Engineering Cluster Pune works for the unprivileged segments of the society along with its own CFC management.
Successfully conducted a long term training program on “Suryamitra Skill Development Training Programme” a joint initiative by NISE, MNRE, MEDA & MCED for skilled man-power development in Solar energy sector starting from 15th of March, 2016 for a period of 90 days for residential basis for 30 students.
We are the institutional industrial partner of Maharashtra State Skill Development Society (MSSDS). We have been working with unemployed youth, School Drop Outs, Unprivileged youth of the society. We have a target to train 1000 candidates and place them in companies.
We have initiated Industry various training program under Pramod Mahajan Kaushalya Vikas and Udyojakta Abhiyan to serve the society and the country by providing skilled & efficient manpower to the industry.

Engineering Cluster Pune is an affiliated training centre namely Centre of Excellence for Smart Manufacturing (CoE-SM) from MSME Technology Development centre, Agra and started short term, Solar Photovoltaic System (Installation) training program with main focus on Practical and Business approach to start solar business, to develop the skills of youth, considering the opportunities for employment in the growing Solar Energy installation, operation & maintenance. Our mission is create Entrepreneurship & to provide employment to around 1500+ candidates in next 2-3 years.
Our Training Centre has received a status approval “Centre of Excellence for Smart Manufacturing (CoE-SM)” from MSME Technology Development Centre Agra, Central Govt. of India.
