Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide training for teachers and administrators on KG program usage.
- Provide training and support to teachers and administrators related to best practices for data and instruction.
- Take proactive steps to support successful program usage as needed and report back results.
- Assist Product Managers with Support activities as needed.
- Train educators to use our research-based and highly successful strategies to maximize Student Engagement & Motivation
- Classroom audit, Teacher assessments and evaluations to be done regularly.
- Help the Relationship executives in PTMs Parent engagement programs.
- Check the follow through of the plans periodically across center time to time.
- Support the product manager with insights on learning cycle to come up with learner specific pedagogy
- Support the teacher fraternity with content insights and implementation of the newer theories from time to time.
- Be updated about new learning methodologies like Waldorf Steiner, Reggio Emilia and other new methodologies in the industry.
- Understand and simplify the content developed by the content team and ensure knowledge transfer across all teachers periodically.
- Launch and rollout the content changes in coordination with the academic team/product manager from time to time.
- Check for the effectiveness and uniformity of the content in the teacher community across center
- Evaluate the teacher effectiveness in teacher training.
- Understand and implement the various assessment and evaluation methods.
- Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations.
- Willingness to travel across the center or work from another center if reposted for operational purposes.
- Performs other duties as required.
