What are we looking for?
We are looking for our next Training Officer to join our team. Your role is to support our internal and external customers post-sale relationship, by becoming a technical expert in our products, internal processes, and needs of our customers.
So what’s the role about?
Using your deep knowledge of our platform you will proactively provide customer service to support and resolve issues for our clients. Additionally you’ll see your time focused across key areas below;
- Engage with the key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training needs analysis and prioritise training.
- Lay down a foundation for training processes and delivery
- Execute planned training sessions on Zoom and ensure post-webinar reporting
- Create training content based on the inputs shared by the stakeholders
- Ensure that the content and context of all materials remain current and relevant for business needs
- Plan roll-out of training including timelines, target audience and location
- Conduct training programs for various audience groups, as and when required
- Execute roll out of training interventions including timelines, target audience and location
- Coordinate training logistics (with support of Operations Support) and drive delivery of training
- Travel likely to be required
