Job Description
- Ensure all calls from employees are attended to and issues if any resolved within the Transport framework.
- Any unresolvable issue is escalated to Operations team.
- Prepare and send cab details SMS within time line and maintain the report
- Coordinate with vendor Tracking team and ensure all vehicles are on track for login
- Attend the Emergency Helpline and co ordinate with Transport ops team and ensure timely help is provided to the employees Monitor Fleet Vigil and immediately attend to panic alerts received through SMS or on fleet vigil.
- Monitor and respond to emails received in Transport Generic email in-box on a timely manner Co ordinate with various location Ops team for issues reported by employees
- Prepare and maintain issue tracker and follow up with respective teams for open items Preparation of Call summary report and sharing with Transport ops team
- Preparation of no show SMS report and sharing with Ops & Routing Team within the time line Preparation and maintenance of cab changes report Bay & Parking Executives Tracking evening login and ensuring all FFBLD guards are present at bay for evening login.
- Ensure vehicle deployment is done for logout during the night window 7PM to 7 AM.
- Ensure escort guards as per deployment plan are present and verify that the escort guards are from the pool for which profiles have been submitted with Transport Team.
- Ensure all vehicles are present at bay 30 mins before departure.
- Ensure all vehicles are parked in the assigned parking area.
- Check GPS, Panic button and RFID card reader and other aspects like usage of seat belts, Driver display card, Emergency Contact number in the cab.
- Ensure Breath Analyzer checks are being conducted as per process on Drivers and Escort
