Job Description
The role's responsibilities include but are not restricted to:
- Day-to-day office administration
- Managing travel desk of the company including international/domestic flights, hotels, visa, forex, Insurance and local travel arrangements.
- Inward and outward courier handling (both Domestic & international)
- Managing procurements
- Support Senior Management with travel planning and bookings
- Co-ordination with internal employees as well as vendors;
- Arrangements for seminars, trainings, conferences, client visits and employee engagement events;
- Resolve queries of employees regarding travels and office management
- Related administrative duties such as copying, filing and maintaining vendor accounts
- Maintaining a track of monthly vendor payments, accurately reviewing their bills / invoices, and sending to the finance team for timely processing and payment.
- End to end management of petty cash, office stationary, etc
Key skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Executive Assistance experience is an advantage
