Job Title: Travel Advisor
Location: Sector 62 Noida (5 Min walk from Sector 62 Metro)
Shift & Timings: Day Shift & 6 Days working
Salary: up to 3 Lacs INR per annum + Attractive Incentives
(Salary offered will based on last drawn CTC, Experience & Expertise)
We are hiring a Travel Advisor in Sector 62 Noida.
Role & responsibilities:
· Candidate would be responsible for selling international & domestic holiday packages to customers on calls.
· Handling bookings & documentation.
· Processing bookings by coordinating with the operations team.
· Designing & preparing itineraries & outbound holiday packages for customers.
· Attending to customer queries through emails and phones calls.
· Handle Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
Education & Experience:
· Must be graduates
· Must have 0.6 to 2 years of Experience in a travel company
Attributes Required:
· Good Communication skills in English, Both Spoken & Written
· Self-motivated, resourceful
· Should be a quick learner.
· Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment
· Creative bent of mind, attitude towards technology
· Domestic / International Destination Knowledge would be an advantage.
