- Greetings from Experience Andamans, Andaman islands leading travel company. Currently, we have 5 open positions for Associates in Travel advisor profile
- Preferred Candidate should be a fast learner, individual contributor and self-motivated individual.
- Good Communication Skills - Both written & spoken English, Hindi & local Language; awareness of email etiquettes.
- Help customers with their travel plan and guide them with detailed insight as taught during the training.
- Maintain good relations with customers via phone or emails,
- Communicate clearly both in email and calls.
- Timely respond to customer queries via calls & emails & follow up with the leads who are planning a trip.
- Escalate issues related to the customer to other team member and to follow up with them.
- Previous experience in travel domain will be an add-on.
- Candidate should be flexible with the work timings.
