- Helping Travelers plan their trip. Understand their requirements on phone/email, provide them tour plan and quotation
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Work closely with operations and product team to ensure smooth tour operation
- Gain destination knowledge though online research or discussion with team leader
- Excellent English Communication skills (written and oral)
- Good command over basic computers softwares (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook)
- Good internet research skills
- Sales & negotiation skills and is go-getter.
