Job Description
- Designation: Travel Desk Executive
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma in Travel n Tourism preferred
- Experience : 1 year and above
- Age limit : 25-35 years
- Understand and maintain proper travel plan database of employees and guest
- Ensure proper approval on the tour plan before booking the tickets
- Book tickets with fastest route with minimum expenses
- Discuss with the concerned about different options to reach the desired destination before booking
- Visa processing and insurance
- Negotiate with the vendors wherever required, help and guide the employees whenever required
- Be updated with the latest changes in ticket bookings (Bus / Train/ Road/Private vehicle), arrange vehicles for the guest.
