Travel Sales Inbound Voice
· Handling Sales Calls from US Customers.
· Follow-ups with customers and clients for existing reservations.
· Sell/cross-sell travel-related services (Flights, Hotel, Car, Travel Insurance, Packages, etc)
· Meeting monthly performance metrics/ sales targets.
Skills Required:-
· Must have 2 years + experience in US Process (Voice)
· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
· Flexible to work in any shifts (24X7)
· Should be able to chase the target
