- Profile :- Senior Travel Consultant
Responsibilities :-
- Liaising with clients in person, over the chat, phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements.
- Advising clients on suitable options for domestic or international destinations, tours, accommodation, transport, insurance and fares.
- Good Communication skills
- Have an Experience in Inbound Sales and outbound Sales
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Providing up to date advice on travel regulations including visa and medical requirements, baggage limits, safety and local customs.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills (in person and on phone)
- should be passionate about Sales and travel
- Should possess good communication skills to handle UK & US based clients.
- Should be expert in handling client calls and online Queries.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
