Shift Timings: US Shift
Salary Bracket: Rs.20000.-Rs.45000 (Plus huge incentives)

Job Description:

Handling Customer service & Sales Calls from US Customers
Follow up with customers and clients for existing reservations.
Sell/cross-sell travel related services (Flights, Hotel, Car, Travel Insurance, holiday Packages etc)
Meeting monthly performance metrics

Requirements:

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
At least 6 Months experience in international Travel Process.
Flexible to work in any shifts (24X7).
Should be a team player
Knowledge of Amadeus / Worldspan
